I am ISFJ: Introvert, Sensing, Feeling, Judging
Ok I have to admit, I have taken this test before. But that time, I changed my answer to extrovert because I thought, "There's no way I'm introverted!" But in all actuality, yes. Yes I am.
I am an ISFJ. I have a need to be needed. That's why I'm a nurse. That's why I take pleasure in cooking for others. That's why I like to be recognized for a job well done! I am a great co-worker, and family is super important to me. Yup, true. I get nervous and uncomfortable in supervisory roles? Well sometimes. I form strong personal loyalties. Oh yes.
I love this one, "ISFJs take infinite trouble over meals, gifts, celebrations, etc., for their loved ones-- may tend to focus more on what the recipient should want rather than what they do want." Haha I'm not too sure about the second half of that, but someone, please let me know if you ever were upset by a gift I got you. :P
Some of it I did not agree with. They used the adjective doormat. I don't just let people walk over me. Not all the time... I do voice my opinions and concerns and I am known to have a temper!
But they are pretty right in the mindset that I will do things myself so that way it's done how I want it done. I am a lousy delegator at work. If I'm busy and someone asks if they can help me, I'll usually tell them I'm fine and just keep working even if it means I work through lunch once or twice.
Lastly, famous ISFJ's include: Louisa May Alcott, Queen Elizabeth's I and II of England, Robert E. Lee, William Taft, and Johnny Carson. As well as fictional character Dr. John Watson of the Sherlock Holmes series.
|True story, a bully of a nurse told me I needed to grow a backbone and I cried. It was like my first time giving report ever!|
So enough about me now, have any of you ever take a similar personality quiz?
